1. Android developer:
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience of developing software in the following environments
• Experience of developing in Android technology
• Experience in J2EE - advantage

• .Net, proven experience with framework 3.x

• Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience in high-tech companies

• Excellent problem solving skills
• High Level Design writing

4. Environment Expert
Job Requirements:
• 3 years in Infrastructure team
• 7 years of experience with Oracle server
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL server
• Troubleshooting and developing Oracle code as part of the products core and product deployment
• Experience in working with large scale projects and data bases
• Extensive knowledge in operation systems
• Knowledge in network architecture
• Experience in working and configuration of storage (IBM/EMC/NetApp)
• Advantages: Knowledge in Java application tools (web logic/web sphere), working with telecommunication companies

Corporate Services Manager

If so, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our busy and dynamic Corporate Services Team at a time of rapid change. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver effective management, finance, procurement, human resources and estate services to the whole Embassy.
Background
The British Embassy in Skopje, Macedonia is part of a world-wide network of 230 Posts, representing British political, economic and consular interests overseas. Our office in Skopje has over thirty members of staff in the Republic of Macedonia.
The Corporate Services Manager will report directly to the Deputy Head of Mission/HM Ambassador, and will serve as a key member of the Embassy senior management team and work with policy makers in London and the region to implement new initiatives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
• Ensure successful day-to-day operation of the Embassy's Corporate Services team.
• Support the Embassy's change agenda in orcTer to modernise working practices and introduce innovative and creative management processes; support staff during major periods of change.
• Continuously review business processes and resource management to identify new ways of working and deliver a more effective, efficient and professional operation.
• Manage a team of sixteen members of staff with direct line management responsibility for ten members of the Embassy.
• Maintain positive and strong relations with stakeholders in London and the region.
• Finance:
• Strategic management of the Embassy's budget, ensuring spending remains on budget and maximising value for money.
• Prepare annual, monthly and ad hoc budget reports as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with correct accounting procedures and that appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Ensure compliance with end of month account and audit procedures
• Review and authorise individual expense claims - as appropriate
• Co-ordinate accounting and finance services to the 'Partners Across Government' as required (e.g. UK Ministry of Defense, Department for International Development, British Council).
Human Resources:
• Recruitment of new employees, including advertisements for national staff, coordinating interviews, and serving as interview panel member as needed.
• Provide guidance on sensitive staff matters for both diplomatic and national staff, including management issues and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate reminders for mid-term reviews and appraisals.
• Manage and conduct induction of new employees.
Estates:
• Oversight of the British Embassy estate, including office buildings and staff residential properties including management of local contracts for estates-related work (i.e. gardening and maintenance contracts.).
• Ensure environmental/sustainability methodologies are integrated into the Embassy.
• Perform spot check of inventories and supplies as needed.
Security:
• In conjunction with Post Security Officer and Regional Overseas
• Security Manager, ensure security of buildings, staff and information.
• Ensure adequate security process in place for out-of-hours coverage.
• Lead, manage and motivate Embassy Security team.
Other Tasks:
• Assist with processing of diplomatic staff arrivals, departures, freight and luggage transfers, customs clearance and accreditation.
• Business Continuity preparations and direction
• Community Liaison Officer
• British Embassy IT Systems Manager
• Other duties as assigned, including regional cover for other British Diplomatic Missions.
